The objectives of BMWCLAF – BMW Clubs Latin America Federation are:

a) Gather and group the owners of BMW Cars and Motorcycles in Latin America and the Caribbean.

b) Officialize the BMW Clubs of Cars or Motorcycles legally existing in Latin America and the Caribbean or to be formed in the future, all in accordance with the laws of each country and the rules and guidelines established by the Council, always within the general principles of democracy, freedom, ethics, loyalty and justice.

c) Promote and facilitate mechanisms so that BMW Clubs outside BMWCLAF (non-official) are integrated as Chapter to the Official BMW Umbrella Club of each country and work together in accordance with the BMWCLAF Statute.

d) Oversee compliance by the Official BMW Umbrella Clubs / Chapters in Latin America and the Caribbean with all the rules and guidelines established by the Council and the BMW Group, as well as the correct use of the registered trademarks BMW, BMW M, BMW Motorrad, BMW i and their respective logos (only Official BMW clubs may use the brands / logos of the BMW Group), having the power to, in the event of non-compliance with these rules and guidelines by their Club Members / Chapters, withdraw their official status according to the Statute of BMWCLAF.

e) Represent the BMW movement in Latin America and the Caribbean internationally and in accordance with the guidelines of the BMW Group and the Council in Munich.

f) Bring together BMWCLAF Partner BMW Umbrella Clubs, their Chapters and Members / Partners / Associates with BMW Agencies / Importers / Subsidiaries in their respective countries, promoting social and cultural initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean.

g) Act as a channel of communication and link between the Members / Partners / Associates of the Official BMW Clubs Umbrellas / Chapters of each country with the Council.

h) Obtain, together with the BMW Group and its Agencies / Importers / Subsidiaries, more and more benefits for the BMW Umbrella Clubs, BMWCLAF Partners, their Chapters and Members / Partners / Associates, including discounts on services, spare parts and new cars or motorcycles, as well as request for financial support for the realization of events, exhibitions of classic cars and motorcycles, conventions, assemblies, etc.

i) Promote and disseminate the BMW brand, its history, its Classic Cars and Motorcycles, including the launches of new models.

j) Promote and publicize the BMW slogan: Pure Driving Pleasure and BMWCLAF: Enjoy the good things in life with your BMW.

k) Promote, disseminate, encourage, facilitate, organize and support the visit of Active BMW Members / Partners / Associates (Valid Membership Card Holders) of the Partner Clubs to Munich, Germany, in particular the BMW Welt (Show Room and Test Drive of New Cars or Motorcycles), BMW Museum, BMW Classic Collection, BMW Plant Munich, BMW Lenbachplatz, BMW M Studio (Garching), BMW Driving Academy (Maisach Airport), BMW Schnitzer Motorsport (Freilassing) and BMW Niederlassung / Zentrum (Agencies BMW Autos y Motos), all with the support and organization of BMWCLAF.

i) Promote, disseminate, encourage, facilitate, organize and support the visit of Active BMW Members / Partners / Associates (Valid Membership Card Holders) of Partner Clubs to Nurburgring, Germany, in particular the BMW Ring Taxi, BMW M Center, Nurburgring Boulevard Shopping, RSR Nürburg Rent a Car – Drive at Nordschleife and Nurburgring Werk (RennSport) Museum, all supported and organized by BMWCLAF.

m) Promote, disseminate, encourage, facilitate, organize and support the visit of Active BMW Members / Partners / Associates (Valid Membership Card Holders) of Partner Clubs to Spartanburg, United States, in particular the BMW Zentrum Museum , BMW Plant Spartanburg, BMW Performance Center East and Museum BMW Car Club of America Foundation, all supported and organized by BMWCLAF.

n) Promote, disseminate, encourage, facilitate, organize and support the visit of Active BMW Members / Partners / Associates (Valid Membership Card Holders) of Partner Clubs to Palm Spring, United States, in particular BMW Performance Center West, all with the support and organization of BMWCLAF.

o) Promote, disseminate, encourage, facilitate, organize and support the visit of Active BMW Members / Partners / Associates (holders of valid Membership Card) of the Partner Clubs to Curitiba, Brazil, in particular the BMW Motorrad Museum Curitiba , all with the support and organization of BMWCLAF.

p) Promote friendship and courtesy on the road, social integration and competitiveness among the Members / Partners / Associates of the BMW Umbrella Clubs / Chapters and other clubs.

q) Encourage the maintenance and restoration of Classic BMW Cars and Motorcycles.

r) Encourage automobile and motorcycle sports in general, promoting and organizing exclusive events, meetings and competitions in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as all or any sports and social activity, cooperating, when necessary, with the public power, all in together with the BMW Umbrella Partner Clubs and their Chapters.

s) Encourage the BMW Umbrella Partner Clubs, their Chapters and their Members / Partners / Associates to collect and disseminate technical, mechanical and maintenance information on all models of the BMW brand.
