Com o passar do tempo, o BMW M come\u00e7ou a complementar o portf\u00f3lio de ve\u00edculos BMW com modelos de acabamento superior especialmente modificados, e \u00e9 por isso que agora s\u00e3o mais conhecidos do p\u00fablico em geral. Esses carros com o emblema M tradicionalmente incluem motores modificados, transmiss\u00f5es, suspens\u00f5es, acabamentos internos, aerodin\u00e2mica e modifica\u00e7\u00f5es externas para diferenci\u00e1-los de suas contrapartes. Todos os modelos M s\u00e3o testados e ajustados nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es privadas da BMW no circuito de corridas de N\u00fcrburgring, na Alemanha. A BMW M continua a ser a \u00fanica empresa baseada no desempenho que abastece motocicletas ao mesmo tempo, especificamente a BMW S1000RR.<\/p><p>Impulsionados por esportes motorizados, os carros BMW M atendem aos mais altos padr\u00f5es de agilidade, din\u00e2mica e pot\u00eancia.
