“I came to level with great expectations after my excellent performances with my BMW M 1000 RR here in the past. This weekend we had more difficulties than anticipated, but even so, we take advantage of what we had and I'm proud of the work done,” explained Kelly.
The pilot of the number 40, already has his sights on the last round, where you will have the opportunity to close the season as champion of the MotoAmerica Superbike championship.

The pilot also highlighted the work done by the team after a mechanical problem during the warm-up on Sunday. The mechanics of OrangeCat Racing managed to put back the motorcycle to the conditions for the second race, where Uribe was able to complete the test without difficulties.
“In general, COTA was a weekend solid for us. We started a little bit behind on Friday and it was hard for me to find the confidence I needed on the bike, but the team continued to work and gave me something that I felt comfortable to give it my all when it came to the moment of the race,” said Uribe.
The result also reflected the importance of the joint work between OrangeCat Racing, BMW Motorrad Motorsport and alpha Racing during a round marked by high temperatures and the difficulties of adherence.
