Important:   

Invasion of legal jurisdiction is not allowed, even if the country is in the same geographical location as BMWCLAF. 

As an example, Puerto Rico is geographically located in Latin America / The Caribbean, but it is legally US territory, so any new BMW Car or Motorcycle Club that is a candidate for official status in this country must necessarily look in the United States. one of the Official BMW Club Federations.
