a) Promote the continued growth and vitality of BMW Clubs, their Chapters and Federations. 

b) Promote the establishment of new official BMW Clubs around the world. 

c) Provide guidelines, advice and initial administrative assistance in the formation of new BMW Clubs in conjunction with the Federations. 

d) Act as the official channel between BMW Clubs and their Chapters, Federations and the BMW Group through the BCCM - BMW Club & Community Management. 

e) Work with Clubs, Chapters and Federations to promote the proper use of the corporate identity requirement. 

f) Assist the BMW Group as needed, supporting selected events around the world. 

g) Offer assistance to solve problems that may be related at the local or national level or that involve the local Agency / importer / Subsidiary. 

h) Provide a forum to share procedures, statutes, activities and ideas about BMW Clubs and Federations. 

i) Recognize the service and dedication of the BMW brand through the "Friend of Marque" and the "Prof. Dr. Gerhard Knöchlein BMW Classic Award". 

j) Exercise the appropriate sanctions, in accordance with its Statutes, with respect to discredited or inactive BMW Clubs..
